Should I be concerned about a recurrence?

In many cases, a complaint of bullying and harassment and the ensuing investigation can be a traumatic time for all involved.

If there is a further complaint of bullying and harassment from the complainant or about the respondent, then a more in-depth investigation would be required to get to the source of the issue. Regular checks should be made to monitor the situation and relationships.

Retaliation of any kind against an employee for complaining or taking part in an investigation concerning bullying and harassment at work is a serious disciplinary offence.
