What steps do I need to follow when dealing with the Employment Appeals Tribunal?
The actual hearing itself is conducted in a relatively informal, but structured manner. At the hearing, the complainant may be invited to make an opening statement, call witnesses, cross-examine any witnesses called by any other party, give evidence on his/her own behalf and address the Tribunal at the close of the evidence.
